^Lot 1664 WWII GERMAN LUFTWAFFE M40 SINGLE DECAL HELMET.

A good example of a WWII German single decal M1940 Luftwaffe helmet with a dark gray painted finish and a Luftwaffe eagle decal on the left side. The inside rear is stamped " 355 " and the left inside is stamped " hkp 60 " indicating manufacture by Sachsische Emillier u. Stanwerke, Lauter. Light brown leather 8 tongue liner with a black leather chinstrap. CONDITION: helmet has 85%+ finish remaining and the decal is about 60% complete. Liner and chinstrap are solid but dry.
